HOW TO NOMINATE:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: TO ENTER, COMPLETE THE ENTRY FORM. TO BE ELIGIBLE, ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETED AND
RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 15th. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. ALL ENTRIES SHALL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF A. BROOKS CONSTRUCTION, INC. KANGA ROOF (“KANGA ROOF”). THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISDIRECTED ENTRIES. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 P.M. ON DECEMBER 1st OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
GIVEAWAY RULES:
1. APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY ARE COMPLETE AND SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 15th. RECIPIENT WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN MID-DECEMBER.
2. YOU CANNOT BE SELF-NOMINATED.
3. NOMINEES MUST OWN AND LIVE IN THE RESIDENCE THAT WILL RECEIVE THE NEW ROOF.
4. The giveaway is open to Pennsylvania residents of age and living within Kanga Roof’s service territory including Bucks County and Surrounding areas. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Kanga Roof, advertising, promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates are excluded from this giveaway.
5. The giveaway is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
6. ALL DECISIONS OF KANGA ROOF ARE FINAL AND ABSOLUTE AND NOT SUBJECT TO INQUIRY – NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
7. All materials sent (including photos and videos) will be retained and become the property of Kanga Roof.
8. The selected recipient will receive one residential roof replacement from A. Brooks Construction, Inc. Kanga Roof.
9. Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for roof repair will not be eligible.
10. All prizes are non-transferrable.
11. KANGA ROOF RETAINS THE RIGHTS, IN ITS ABSOLUTE AND SOLE DISCRETION, TO MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS OF EQUIVALENT MATERIALS OR APPROXIMATE VALUE IN THE EVENT OF THE UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY MATERIALS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
