You’ve heard about this year’s “Support a Veteran” Roof Giveaway, and we love all the nominations we’ve been receiving. We’re far from finished honoring our veterans. This summer, we’ll be at the Que for The Troops! We hope to see you there.
We had so much fun last year! We’re excited to be participating in the 2016 Que for The Troops in Levittown, PA. This is a fun filled weekend that raises money for the Liberty USO. The Que starts Friday, June 3rd and we’ll be there setting up a tent with plenty of fun for our Bucks County neighbors. We’ll even be throwing a pie eating contest!
The 2016 Falls Township Que For The Troops and Family Festival is held in the Falls Township Community Park, and is a family friendly weekend that focuses on a fierce BBQ competition and fundraiser for veterans. Some of the best BBQ teams will be competing for the title “Grand Champion.”
Friday kicks off at 6.pm. with the opening of the Beer Garden, and an activity center for the kids! The Que for the Troops will also have karaoke, a car show, live music, rides and games, great vendors and so much more! The best part is that all of the proceeds go to help the great men and women that served our country.
Our area will have activities for the kids—including a pie eating contest! That’s right! We’ll be holding pie eating contests for the kids throughout the day, and handing out plenty of A. Brooks Construction Kanga Roof prizes! Stop by and say hello. We have our own personal fundraising goal for the Que for The Troops—so don’t forget to bring your donation!
